  •   Efficient transport infrastructures

As an extensive tourist hub, Marne-la-Vallée has remarkable transport connections. The RER can take you to the centre of Paris within 15 minutes from Porte de Paris/Noisy-le-Grand, and 40 minutes from Val d'Europe and the Disney parks. It is also easy to reach the major French and European cities (Brussels, London, etc) from the Chessy/Marne-la-Vallée TGV station.
Local travel is facilitated by several trunk roads (A4 and A104 motorways etc) and a number of different bus lines.

  • A la carte housing

In Marne-la-Vallée, the quality, diversified housing supply covers the entire range of residential options: collective housing, individual homes, council or upscale housing etc, to rent or for owner-occupation.

Accordingly, hundreds of new housing units come on the market every year.

There are also close to 300 establishments from kindergarten to secondary.
