Marne-la-Vallée offers businesses a wide range of products suitable to their needs – both sold and rented – through its 55 business parks.

With over fifty business parks, the Marne-la-Vallée area provides a great diversity of existing and upcoming offers where businesses can settle, ranging from very small enterprises to world leaders.

Located at the crossroads of a major European motorway hub, companies will make the strategic choice of developing their business through their reliance on a world-class, efficient infrastructure network. Since most business parks are bordering on one of the many motorways, they can also fully take advantage of the “showcasing effect”.

The 200 hectares that will be available in the short term will adequately satisfy any new requests seeking an optimal location.

  

Land offer available immediately

  • ZAC du Chêne-Saint-Fiacre (Designated development area)  in Chanteloup-en-Brie: 37 hectares intended to host diversified establishments on dividable lots starting at 0.5 hectares, which represent a valuable choice for SMEs/SMIs as well as for major companies. This ZAC enjoys great transport connections only 5 minutes away on a north-south route through the Lagny SNCF station and the Montévrain-Val d’Europe RER station. It enjoys a carefully crafted landscaped setting well in keeping with an environmental approach.
  • ZAC de Lamirault-Est in Collégien: 36 hectares at the crossroads of major routes (A4/A104 motorways and RD471 highway) intended for cutting-edge SMEs/SMIs and industries. There is already a commercialised SME/SMI business park in this ZAC, which is located in a verdant, qualitative setting, close to the Ferrières regional forest and to the Lamirault Farm.
  • ZAC du Couternois in Serris: this is a mixed-use ZAC hosting both businesses and housing. It is located in the angle formed by highways RD231 and CD406, towards the Val d’Europe Urban Centre, facing a motorway and near the TGV station. This ZAC is intended to host very small enterprises and large companies operating in the distribution sector, within a highly qualitative setting.
